Castlegate was established in 2005 as a specialist residential letting agency. On 1st September 2009, the business was acquired by Mr Luke Haslam, a local chartered surveyor, from Mrs Hazel Foxton. The business continues to focus on and specialise in residential lettings and management, but is now also able to offer clients additional services including residential sales, commercial sales and lettings, and professional surveys, valuations, energy performance certificates and agricultural and rural consultancy. Luke Haslam BSc (Hons) MScSURV MRICS MNAEA MARLA MICBA Having completed a Masters Degree in Surveying, Luke qualified as a chartered surveyor with a small firm of general practice surveyors, covering County Durham and North Yorkshire. Luke holds professional memberships of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and the Institute of Commercial and Business Agents (ICBA).
