Comprehensive managed letting service

In addition to the tenant introduction service, we can offer a full managed letting service to take away from landlords all the chores of letting.

We charge 10% of each month's rental for the following services:

• Arrange for property maintenance and repairs as you require (subject to Terms of Business).
• Undertake regular property inspections and report to the Landlord.
• Providing communication channel between Landlord and Tenant.
• Monitor tenant compliance with the agreed Terms of the Tenancy Agreement.
• Review rental values and manage renewals.
• Issue any Notices to quit and ensure they are carried out.
• Arrange for check-out of the Tenant at the end of the Tenancy.
